Meeting each client's policy needs

GPG Services

Global Policy Group® (GPG) offers a range of services designed to provide clients with the information and analysis needed to understand U.S. public policy developments and their impact on today's dynamic global marketplace.  GPG’s non-partisan and objective approach builds on decades of experience analyzing U.S. legislative, regulatory, economic, and political trends and their implications for international business.  GPG offers retainer and customized project options to meet the unique needs of each client in terms of cost, focus, services, and timing.

GPG Policy Connection

An ideal foundation for a Washington presence, the GPG Policy Connection is a moderately priced annual retainer of services carefully structured to supplement industry associations and give companies a competitive advantage at a fraction of the cost of a Washington office or a law or lobbying firm. A baseline service that can meet most companies’ ongoing policy needs, the GPG Policy Connection includes a blend of weekly and monthly memos designed for busy senior executives, an annual policy presentation (remote or in-person) for key executives, and preferential access to our experienced team of Washington experts and client-preferred rates for customized assignments.

Customized Retainers

Global Policy Group works with clients to structure customized retainers that meet a client's specific needs.  While flexible in duration, most retainers are set up on an annual basis. Common features include: customized memos and reports; “real-time” support to address client questions and concerns; customized policy presentations (remote or in-person) for key executives; scheduled conference calls or webinars; in-person meetings at a client’s offices or at the GPG office; and GPG contributions to internal client publications or websites.

Customized Projects

When a retainer is not the best solution, Global Policy Group works with clients to develop customized projects to meet their needs. The terms, focus, and deliverables of such projects are based on discussions between GPG and the client.  Most projects include one or more written reports and often include a presentation or in-person meeting. Examples of GPG customized projects include: helping clients analyze the outlook for and implications of legislative or regulatory proposals; preparing analytical research studies of international, federal, and state policy trends; providing clients with ongoing tracking and analysis of major U.S. policy initiatives; preparing customized analyses for clients of the outlook for and implications of U.S. presidential and Congressional elections; and developing forward-looking scenarios for clients on global political, economic, policy, and security trends.
